The kit we fit, and why

  • An all-black solar panel leaning against a workshop bench
    PanelsPanel brand and model

One plain reason for this panel, for example output per square metre of roof or the warranty terms. Client to supply.

  • A wall-mounted home battery and inverter in a tidy garage
    BatteryBattery brand and model

One plain reason for this battery, for example usable capacity, backup option or app. Client to supply.

  • An EV charger fitted to a brick wall beside a driveway

One plain reason for this charger, for example solar-priority charging or tariff integration. Client to supply.

Take a fixed cost off the balance sheet

Commercial solar, battery storage and EV charging for sites across the North West, from a single workshop roof to a multi-site rollout.

  • Daytime load matched. Warehouses, workshops and offices use most power when the panels are producing.
  • Capital and funded routes. Buy outright, lease, or talk to us about a power purchase agreement with no upfront cost.
  • G99 and DNO handled. We manage the grid connection application for larger systems, including export limitation if needed.
  • Battery and EV as one project. Peak shaving, backup for critical circuits and staff or fleet charging designed alongside the array.
  • Reporting for your ESG story. Monitoring and generation data you can put in front of customers, landlords and auditors.

Reliable crews

A surveyor visits first and designs the system. An install crew then fits it, and we manage the job through to handover.

  • One company answers for itWe survey, design and manage every job, so if anything is wrong you ring us. Not a lead passed on to someone else.
  • A day we stick toYou get a date for the install and we turn up on it. If something changes, you hear from us first.
  • Tidy, and explainedWe leave the site clean and walk you through the system before we go, including how to read the app.
  • Someone you can reachIf something needs looking at afterwards, you ring us and we send someone out. It is not a call centre.

Common questions

We give you a first estimate from the bill and your postcode. An engineer then visits to check the roof, consumer unit and cable routes, and designs the system with a fixed price. We handle the DNO application and scaffolding, and most domestic installs take one to two days on site. At handover you get your MCS certificate, the monitoring app set up and the export tariff paperwork.

Yes. Domestic installations of solar panels and battery storage are zero-rated for VAT in Great Britain until March 2027. Commercial installs are charged at the standard rate.

Roof-mounted domestic solar is usually permitted development, as long as panels do not project more than 200mm and you are not in a conservation area or listed building. We check this during the survey.

Your Distribution Network Operator (Electricity North West or SP Energy Networks, depending on where you are) has to know about anything that can export to the grid. Smaller systems are notified under G98 after install; larger ones need G99 approval before we start. We handle both.

Through the Smart Export Guarantee. Energy suppliers must offer an SEG tariff; you apply with your MCS certificate and a smart meter reading export. Rates vary a lot between suppliers, so we point you at the current best ones at handover.

Only if the system is designed for it. Standard grid-tied inverters shut down in an outage for safety. If backup matters to you, tell us early and we will specify a battery and changeover setup that can run selected circuits.

A typical domestic solar and battery install is one to two days on site, with scaffolding going up the day before. Lead time from signed quote to install is usually a few weeks, depending on DNO approval and stock.

Send us a bill and a postcode. We will tell you what solar would do for you.
