How we handle commercial enquiries

We model against your half-hourly data, not against a rule of thumb.
Capital, lease and funded routes quoted side by side so the comparison is yours to make.
If the site is not right for it, we will tell you that instead of designing around it.

Either route reaches the same people. Nothing here goes to a call centre.

None of it is mandatory to start. All of it shortens the gap between the first number and the real one.

Half-hourly data: A year of it, from your supplier
The most useful thing you can send. It shows when you actually use power, which decides how much generation you consume on site rather than export.
Your import rate and standing charges: The current contract, not last year
A self-consumed unit is worth whatever you pay for an imported one. Without the current rate the model is guesswork.
Roof plans or a drone survey: Or we will measure it
Plans speed things up. Where there are none we survey rather than estimating from aerial imagery.
Supply details: MPAN, phases and the main breaker rating
This sets what we can connect and whether the application is G98 or G99. The DNO asks for it first too.
Roof age and any warranty: Including who holds it
Penetrating a roof under warranty can void it. Non-penetrative systems exist, and we need to know before the design rather than after.
Planned changes to the site: New plant, a fleet, a unit let out
Anything that moves your load in the next few years changes the right size. Tell us now and the design allows for it.
