Before you call
What we cannot do over the phone
We cannot give you a fixed price without seeing the property, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can do on a call is tell you whether it is worth surveying, roughly where the price lands and what the paperwork involves.
If something has gone wrong with an install
Call rather than emailing. Say what the system is doing and what the monitoring app shows, and we will tell you whether it is a visit or a setting. We send someone out; we do not route you to a manufacturer helpdesk and leave you there.
